Sovereign Akitas Deposit Contract
Thank you for your interest in our Akita puppies.
Our puppies are whelped inside our home and socialized with me until they leave for their new homes. All puppies come with a guarantee of health and are vaccinated according to age. We ship your new puppy to you or you are more than welcome to visit our home and our Akitas when you pick up your new addition.
Deposits are non-refundable for any reason!
Each puppy must attend a puppy odedience class as well as a second obedience class before one year of age for proper socialization. Failure to do so will void all guarantees.
Puppies are placed in the order the deposits are received.
Please do not send a deposit until you have been approved for a puppy.
When you email your puppy application please include a veterinarian reference. Pictures of your home and fenced back yard. You will need a drivers license showing your current home address to pick up your puppy at the airport.

We do
not select nor sell puppies based on color. Akita puppies are born dark and may change color as they age.
We reserve the right at
all times to refuse the
sale of a puppy/dog for any reason!
Reasons this would happen, false information provided by buyer and any red flags that arise. .
Deposit is applied to
purchase price.
Puppy
Deposit is
$500.00
Remaining balance,
including shipping &
handling charges,
to be paid in full by
the time the puppies are
6-7 weeks.
Puppies
will
not
be
released
until
funds
have
cleared
the
bank.
Breeder
reserves
the
right
to
resell
any
puppy
not
paid
for
by
this
time or if funds do not clear the bank
and
purchaser forfeits
deposit and any other money paid.
Puppies will
be picked up/shipped
when the puppies are 8
weeks.
A $10.00 per
day boarding fee will be
added to puppies past 9
weeks..
This
document
is
a
binding
legal
contract and
is
enforceable
in
the
state
of
Arkansas.
Payment of a deposit is
agreement to the above
Deposit Contract.
